FOGG Kenneth (Ken) Rita, Josephine, Claire, Robert, Kenneth and sister Glenda would like to thank all our family and friends for there wonderful support and the magnificent donation of £1020.00 for the Rutland Air-Ambulance. Also the Paramedics Ambulance Staff. Doctors and Nurses Staff at A&E at the Royal Derby Hospital and the Reverend Raymond Lunt for his kindness. Finally our thanks to Lynn and Tracey at the Co-operative Funeral Services, Allenton.
