SMITH.- Jack (Jackman). Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by all his loving family on 20th August 2010 aged 50 years. Devoted husband of Teresa, much loved dad of Yvonne and Richard, in-laws Timmy and Amy, cherished grandad of Georgia, Reiss, Larissa and Ruby. Service to be held on Friday 3rd September, Chanterlands Crematorium (large chapel), 11.30am. No flowers by request, donations may be left at the service for Jack's grandson's football club.
