CHAPMAN - On Saturday August 21st peacefully at Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske, Sylvia aged 50 years of St, Agnes, Much loved wife of Henry, devoted mum of Kelly-Anne, dearest step mum of Chris and Dave, loving sister to Linda and David, greatly missed Granny and auntie. Funeral Service on Wednesday September 1st 11am at St. Agnes Methodist Church followed by interment in St. Agnes Cemetery. Manchester United attire or colourful clothing please. Family flowers only. If desired donations for the Breast Cancer Care may be sent to the Funeral Director, Malcolm Carveth, San Marino, Goonbell, St. Agnes. TR5 0PQ. (01872 552587).
