BOSWARTHICK Patrick (Pat) Passed away peacefully at St Lukes Hospice on Wednesday August 18th 2010, after battling against a long illness. Pat aged 78, loving husband to June, devoted father to Jacqueline and David and much loved grandfather of Callum, Ryan and Christopher, will be forever in our hearts and thoughts. A funeral service will be held at Weston Mill Crematorium on Wednesday August 25th at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations (if desired) to St Lukes Hospice who provided kindness and care to Pat in his final days.
