  • Dearest Fred

Fred was a dear friend of our family since a child. He was particularly close to my Aunt Mary (Barker). They were great friends who travelled the world together on lots of adventures. Fred told the best jokes in the world and I admired him a great deal. He once worked at Westminster Cathedral in London and I visited him there once (for a glass of sherry) in his room. He was a lovely, kindly, funny, warm and dear soul who I hope has been reunited with Mary now and he's telling her as rude a joke as he can get away with. Rest in Peace dear Fred.
