Nathan FISHER : Obituary

FISHER Rev Nathan Paul On May 30th aged 40 passed away at St. Luke's Hospice with his loving family around him. He fought a heroic battle. Called home to be with his Saviour Jesus. Beloved Husband to Sonya, proud Father of Dominic, Jacob and Jenny a much loved Son and Brother and pastor to Devonport Community Baptist Church. He is very loved and greatly missed. Funeral service June 11th at 1.30pm at Mutley Baptist Church, followed by private family cremation at Weston Mill at 3.00pm. And Afternoon Tea at Mutley Baptist Church at 3.30pm. No flowers please, donations for St Luke's Hospice and the Mustard Tree, to Co-op Funeral Directors, 72 Pomphlett Rd, Plymstock, PL9 7BN. Thank you to all the nursing staff at St. Luke's Hospice and Brent Ward at Derriford Hospital for their love and care of Nathan and the family xxx

Sorry you had to leave so early

Spent many happy evenings with Nathan in the Stoke house group. Such a shock to learn of this great mans death. I remember your passion for Jesus and your drive to be all that God called you to be.

A missed close friend

Nathan was a spiritual father to me whom I miss very much. We spent every thursday mornings together at 6.00am praying and talking about the bible. He showed me so much of what he had learnt and he was always there for me and my family. We will all see him soon. from his brother in Christ. Luke
