18th April 1938 - 7th January 2009

I have started this tribute in memory of my Father who recently passed away peacefully and is now at rest.He was a loving Husband and treasured Father who's kindness, humour and presence will be sadly missed by family and friends alike. Our loving memories of him will live on for ever and we will always be guided by his spirit watching over us.

Yet another birthday has arrived without you with us, you are missed today just as much as the first day apart. With memories so strong how can we forget all the smiles, love and happiness we shared together.
Cheers to you old friend on this special day, all our love forever Dorothy & Mark

  • More than a year...

More than a year since you've been gone Bri. I still think of you each day, in fact I make a point of doing so. You have definitely left a void.
    Eric.

  • A whole year has...

A whole year has passed without you yet we still feel you with us, time has not dimmed the happy memories we shared. You are never far from our thoughts and we can still see the lovely smile you gave everyone, the love you gave as a devoted Husband and treasured Father will last forever. Rest easy now you old soldier and one day we shall share our laughs together again.

Whatever else we fail to do,
We never fail to think of you.

All our Love forever Dorothy & Mark

  • On this first Christmas...

On this first Christmas apart our loving memories of you are still so strong, we will remember all the good times we shared together and toast a drink to you

It doesn’t take a special day to call you to our mind,
A day without a thought of you is very hard to find.

All our love as always and forever
    Dorothy and Mark

    Brian Simcox Born 18/04/1938

The happy times that we enjoyed,
    How sweet the memory still,
But death has left a vacant place,
    this world can never fill.
Though your smile is gone forever
And your hand we cannot touch,
we shall never lose sweet memories,
Of you we loved so much.

On this day we remember you as always, time has not healed the pain of your passing and our memories of you are still so strong. Rest easy now you old soldier and one day we will be together again.

All our love always Dorothy & Mark

  • It's not the words,...

It's not the words, they are but few,
It's love and memories we keep of you.
A quiet thought, a hidden tear,
A constant wish that you were here.
You fought so hard and now you
    are so sadly missed.
A loving husband and treasured Father
Our loving memories of our time together
grow stronger everyday and your spirit
guides us always and keeps us strong.

  • A much loved elder...

A much loved elder brother who will always be remembered with great affection for his fun and sense of humour. I have many happy memories of family gatherings with Brian, together with his twin brother Eric, competing for the funniest stories and feeding off one another with their jokes and banter. Always in my thoughts.
