HARTLEY Matthew 7/03/85 - 15/07/07 In loving memory of our very precious Son Matthew who was taken from us two years ago today. We love and miss you every minute of every day. Our lives have never been the same since you went away. One day we will be together again. You are always in our hearts love always Mum & Dad xx xx
