MIDDLETON Jack Ivan Passed away peacefully aged 92 years, On January 1st 2010. Will be deeply missed by, Sylvia and all the family. Funeral Service takes place Tuesday 19th January at 12.00, St. Michaels Church, Boldmere Family flowers only, donations will be gratefully received by A. Hazel, 181-183 High Street, Erdington, and forwarded to The British Lung Foundation.
