SMITH Richard "Tubby" Passed away suddenly on 9th November 2009, aged 42 years.
Devoted son of Tony and the late Hazel, dear husband of Melanie, loving father of Robert, Chloe, Jack, Louise, Jade and Kurt and grandad to Tanesha, much loved brother of Andrea and Martin and a dearly loved uncle of Ryan, Tiffany and Chelsea.
Funeral Thursday 19th November. Service 3.20pm at Markeaton Crematorium. Either flowers or donations payable to "Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance", may be sent c/o G. Wathall and Son Ltd, 101 Macklin Street, Derby. DE1 1LG. Telephone 01332 345268.
