HARTLEY David William After a long illness, fought with great courage and dignity, David passed away peacefully on Sunday 25th October 2009 aged 57 years. A much loved and loving husband of Gillian, devoted dad to Daniel and Rachel, dear son of Anne and the late Frank and brother of Stephen, also a dearly loved son-in-law of Elsie and the late Alan, friend of Fred and brother-in-law of Steven and Louise. David will be deeply missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral service will take place on Friday 6th November at Markeaton Crematorium 'main chapel' at 10.40am, all who knew David are welcome to join the family for the service. Floral tributes and if desired donations in lieu for the Derbyshire Asbestos Support Team may be sent c/o A W Lymn, The Family Funeral Service, 31 Chapel Side, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7JQ.
