KONDERAK, Sophie. You were a beautiful kind and loving Daughter, we will miss you so much, your big smile will stay with us for evermore. You achieved so much in your short life and we are so proud of you. We have shed so many tears for our little angel. Lord please take care of our little girl. Heartbroken Mum and Dad xx.
