KONDERAK, Sophie Anne. Passed away tragically on September 15th 2009, aged 16 years. Much loved daughter of Lesley and John, sister to Tom. Always in our hearts. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, Knighton on Wednesday, September 30th at 12.30pm, followed by burial in Saffron Hill Cemetery.
