WATERS Rachel Tragically at the young age of 18 years on February 26th 2009, Rachel of Borough Road, Loughor, precious and loving daughter of Kim and Paul, devoted sister of Tom and a much loved girlfriend of Gavin, a cherished granddaughter of Graham, Bill and Mary, Rachel will be sadly missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins, her many many friends and especially 'Ollie' the labrador.
