Report this message By Lisa Francis. Nee Dunster on 1st Feb 2011Wanda, I am so sad to find out that you'd passed on. (and indeed dear sweet Melly too)
My thoughts go out to your family. Especially the boys, they must miss you terribly.
I just wanted to thankyou for being such a wonderful influence on my life. You taught me so much simply by allowing me to be me and valuing me for it.
What a special woman you were, everyone you touched would never forget you. Such a wonderful warm person.
I may not have seen you for 10 years, but you were never very far from my thoughts.
With love

Report this message By Michael Powis on 11th Aug 2010I hope that this does not intrude on the memories of her friends and family who quite clearly will still miss her very much.
Wanda Aulton ( as I knew her)and I were boy and girl friend for a time in 1963 when we whizzed about our neighbourhoods - hers in Stanmore and mine Radlett, in my old MG.
I recently finished rebuilding a similar car and for no particular, but probably quite ridiculous, reason thought I would try and contact her simply to let her know - why - I do not know. messages on facebook and F.R. were to no avail - I was too late.
Why you should miss someone you haven't seen for nearly 50 years I also do not know - I will miss the thoughts.
