Suddenly at Milton Keynes General Hospital, Clive, beloved son of Graham and Margaret Jones, Frondeg, 18 Chapel Road, Three Crosses.
Funeral to be held on Friday 17th October, service at Swansea Crematorium at 2.00 p.m.
Family flowers only please to the Chapel of Rest.
