MERRIMAN Shane Stephen (Our hero) Our beautiful son Shane aged 37 years fought so hard to stay with us but lost his fight on January 18th 2012 at St James Hospital, Leeds. Shane needed to rest so fell asleep peacefully. Loved so much by his mum and dad Stephen and Tina and his devoted partner Chris. Much loved grandson of Val and the late Les, a loved nephew, cousin and great friend to all who knew him. A service to celebrate Shane's life will be held at 12.20pm at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 30th January where all are welcome to attend, mourning dress not necessary. Floral tributes or a donation in lieu with cheques payable to 'Cystic Fibrosis' will be gratefully received by Sentiments Independent Funeral Home, 17 Chantry Lane, Grimsby N.E.Lincs, DN31 2LP Tel 01472 242783 Shane there has always been us three, what will we do without you.     Miss you so much already darl. You said you'd never leave me and you never will as your in my heart forever.

    We were together right to the very end and it was so peacefull as you closed your eyes and fell to sleep. You didn't suffer so god spared you that. He saw that you were tired as you fought so hard to stay, but it's time to rest now darl. Let your Grandad and Tommy and my dear mum look after you till we are together again.

    We'll go for a mosey when I get there, just you and me, so God Bless My Darling I'll see you soon.
