BRIMBLECOMBE John Died peacefully at home on Friday 28th October 2011, aged 80 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Kath, son David, daughters Sally, Jackie and Sandra and their partners Eddie, Nick and Nick. A much loved Grandfather to Paul, Samantha and Hannah. Funeral service will take place at Haycombe Crematorium, Bath on Thursday 10th November at 10am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Dorothy House Hospice c/o Co-operative Funeral Care, Pultney Road, Bath, BA2 4HP.

    God saw you getting tired
    and a cure was not to be.
    So he put his arms around you,
    and whispered "Come to Me".
    With tearful eyes we watched you,
    we watched you fade away.
    Although we loved you dearly,
    we could not make you stay.
    A golden heart stopped beating,
    hard working hands now rest.
    God broke our hearts to prove to us
    He only takes the best.
